 We do a full body Kinesiology scan that will assess and highlight all of the areas of the body, such as joints, muscles, balance and then we create a health and wellness plan to condition the body so that our clients can prevent injury and improve daily activities of life. This helps with functional movement, prevents atrophy of the muscles, enhance energy and quality of life.

Our compassionate caregivers provide emotional support, socialization, hobbies and activities. We also assist in updating and viewing social media accounts, so elderly are able to connect with family and friends. This help to prevent loneliness and isolation.

Our meal assistance provides nutritious meals prepared right at your home. We can also assist in online grocery shopping for delivery. We have certified nutritionist that can help select foods.

 We can do light housekeeping chores. Dishes, laundry, bathroom cleaning, vacuuming and mopping.
